From agencies and community leaders to journalists, voices united in praise of his administrative ingenuity, compassion, and transformative leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers described Adenuga as \u201cone in a million,\u201d commending his ability to foster unity among diverse stakeholders. Under his stewardship, the Seme-Krake Joint Border became a hub of cooperation, with regular monthly security meetings and a spirit of family among agencies. His leadership not only boosted morale but also raised the command\u2019s revenue profile from \u20a6500 million to over \u20a64 billion. He was further applauded for improving living conditions by providing electricity to barracks and offices, and for bringing joy to families during festive seasons.<\/p>\n<p>Community leaders highlighted his impact on local businesses, noting that he liberated coconut and fish sellers from harassment and reduced checkpoints along the Seme corridor, thereby revitalizing trade. One leader remarked that \u201cwe had died business-wise, but Comptroller Adenuga\u2019s Midas touch revived us and brought our businesses back to life.\u201d Many offered prayers that the God of the poor, whom Adenuga consistently supported, would continue to guide him in future endeavours.<\/p>\n<p>In his farewell speech, Adenuga expressed gratitude to God for sustaining him in good health and credited teamwork for the command\u2019s revenue growth. He urged officers to extend the same cooperation to his successor, Comptroller Kaila, and thanked all for their support during his tenure.<\/p>\n<p>Taking over, Comptroller Kaila praised Adenuga\u2019s steadfastness, recalling their past work together. He pledged to consolidate on his predecessor\u2019s achievements, promising professionalism, discipline, transparency, and strengthened border security.
