The OSS system is designed to streamline Customs procedures, reduce processing time, and boost overall service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>In her keynote address, Comptroller Victoria C. Aliboh, Customs Area Controller for the FCT Command, underscored the OSS initiative as a cornerstone of operational efficiency and transparency.
