This led to delays in cargo clearance and mounting demurrage charges for affected stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement released on November 13, the bank confirmed that the issue had been resolved and that all customs-related transactions were now functioning normally across its channels.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cCustomers can now process Customs-related payments and transactions seamlessly through Access Bank channels,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n<p>Access Bank expressed regret over the inconvenience caused and assured customers that preventive measures have been implemented to avoid future disruptions.
