The National Coordinator of Save Nigeria Freight Forwarders, Importers & Exporters Coalition (SNFFIEC), Chief Osita Chukwu PhD, has applauded the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, for his inclusive and merit-driven appointments of Deputy Comptroller Generals (DCGs) and Assistant Comptroller Generals (ACGs).<\/p>\n

Chief Chukwu highlighted the exceptional contributions of DCG Dera Nnadi, noting his transformative leadership at Tin Can Customs Command, both administratively and structurally. He also commended ACG Babatunde Olomu for his groundbreaking achievements in revenue generation at Apapa Command, including:
\n– A leap from \u20a6931.1 billion in 2023 to \u20a62.2 trillion in 2024
\n– A record \u20a618.9 billion collected in a single day (March 14, 2025)
\n– An unprecedented monthly revenue of \u20a6264.455 billion in October 2024<\/p>\n
