The initiative reflects the Service\u2019s strategic focus on aligning conduct with core values.<\/p>\n<p>In his keynote address, Comptroller Chika Dim of the Eastern Marine Command praised the leadership of CGC Bashir Adewale Adeniyi for championing a forward-thinking approach to reputation building.<br \/>\nComptroller Dim emphasized that the Reputation Management Guide must become the Service&#8217;s compass\u2014not just a document, but a daily tool to rebuild trust and reshape public perception.<\/p>\n<p>AC Abdullahi Maiwada, National Public Relations Officer, highlighted that reputation is one of the Service\u2019s most valuable assets.  <\/p>\n<p> \u201cReputation is not given; it is earned through transparency, accountability, and effective communication,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>Comptroller Teressa Ezenwa, in her closing remarks, urged participants to embrace the campaign as a cultural shift.  <\/p>\n<p> \u201cReputation is not built in a day. It requires consistency, professionalism, patience, and respect for the values our Service stands for. This campaign reminds us that we must be intentional in how we conduct ourselves and how we serve the public,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop featured interactive breakout sessions where officers tackled real-world scenarios using the Reputation Management Guide.
