According to NCS, travellers are to note the followings:

\n– Continuous Monitoring: U.S. authorities conduct ongoing assessments of visa holders, even after arrival. Violations of immigration rules, customs regulations, or federal laws may lead to legal consequences.
\n– Cash Declaration Rules: Travellers must declare any amount above $10,000 (or its equivalent) when entering or exiting the U.S.
\n– Legal Compliance Matters: Fraud or misconduct committed in the U.S. or Nigeria can be prosecuted under the respective legal systems.
\n– Preserving National Integrity: The NCS is actively partnering with the U.S. Mission in Abuja to prevent Nigeria\u2019s inclusion on any extended visa restriction lists, ensuring continued access for legitimate travellers.<\/p>\n
