We can only advise that he toes a more civilised path in all his political activities. It is confusing that someone like Dr. Kwakwanso can go through this process of political self destruction that he is going through now”.

Aniebonam who reaffirmed the expulsion of Kwankwaso and Elder Buba Galadima from the party said that “what is binding between the NNPP and the Kwankwansiya is the Memorandum of Understanding which the Abia State High Court judgement had quashed”.

The BoT Chairman pointed out that NNPP did not recognize or have agreement with Kwankwaso and Galadima as natural persons but with the Kwankwansiya Movement which had been quashed by the Abia State High Court ruling.

He was elated that NNPP has moved up in its rating nationally being the number three party after APC and PDP.

Dispelling rumours of getting financial supports from some quarters, Aniebonam averred that NNPP had a solid foundation in the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) which is from the gateway of the nation’s economy, the maritime sector.

Congratulating the newly inaugurated executive members of the party in Lagos State, the founder charged them to put in their best and ensure peace within themselves and with other political parties.

In her speech after being sworn in, the new state Chairman, Princess Olabisi Teniola Adebowale, said that her priority is to secure the political mandate of Lagosians administratively and tap into the potentials of the human and natural resources of the state for the common good of the citizens.

Having served in the capacity of woman leader of the party in Lagos, she promised to deploy her wealth of experience to bear on the current executives which she heads, adding that she would work assiduously to get things rightly done and always consult with party stakeholders for critical decision-making.

The chairman described NNPP as the only credible viable political platform readily available for aspiring leaders to contest for elective positions.

She disclosed that the party will soon embark on aggressive and massive membership mobilization so that more Lagosians can register as members of the party.

In her words: “As the 2027 general elections gradually draw close, we present to Lagosians the NNPP party as the only credible and viable political platform available for aspiring leaders to contest for elective positions. Our party ideology stems from justice, equity and fairness for all Nigerians.
Plans are on to hit the ground running for grass-root membership mobilisation so as to register people in our party in Lagos on a mass scale. The transparent and accountability nature of our party inspire confidence with impetus for Lagosians to join”.

Speaking before the swearing in of the state executive committee, the National Secretary of the party, Hon. Olaposi Sunday Ogini praised the founder, Dr. Aniebonam for nurturing NNPP to its present state where it has become a force to reckon with. He advised the new Lagos Executive of the party to keep the flag of the party flying in the state.

The National Vice Chairman, South West, Hon. Wale Alabi, extolled the founder’s virtues and charged the new state executive members to make the party proud in the state.

The party’s national legal adviser, Mrs. Dorothy Ilegbune, administered the swearing in of the new state executive members which include:

1.
