\nof the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho
\n has appointed Mr. Ikechukwu Onyemekara as the Authority\u2019s spokesperson in his rank as General Manager, heading the Corporate & Strategic Communications Division.
\n Ikechukwu Onyemekara holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing\/Marketing Management, General @ University of Nigeria.
\nHe has a robust skill set that includes Leadership, Strategic Communications, Research, Public Relations, Crisis Communications and more. <\/p>\n
The managing director also rejigged the various managers under the authority, all in a move to reposition the agency for greater efficiency and renewed contribution to the national economy.<\/p>\n
Speaking after the announcement, Dantsoho said the appointments represent deliberate strategy to deploy the wealth of experience of the appointees to national advantage.<\/p>\n
The appointments which take immediate effect reorganized some Divisions to align with the direction of the Federal Ministry of Marine & Blue Economy and retained Dr (Mrs) Chinwe Nwokolo, as General Manager Medical, Pharmacist Hadiza Sani as General Manager, Abuja Liasion
\nand Mr. Babatunde Gbotolorun as General Manager, ICT Division.<\/p>\n
The following people were among the new appointees to head various Divisions; Captain Jerome Angyunwe, Engr. Richard Unde, Engr. Mukhtar Isa, Mr. Anthony Edosomswan, Mr. Dapo Adekunle, Mr. Victor Gofwan, Mr. Rabiu Dambatta, Mrs Priscilla Maduka, Mrs Sarah Ballah, Mrs Zainab Dantiye, Engr. Anas Suleiman, Mr. Adeayo Oni, Mr. Abdulkadir Gusau Mr. RAB Salau, Barr. Nurrudeen Abdulkadir, Mr. Seyi Iyawe, Barr. Ethel Uduehi, Barr. Nansel Zhimwan, Barr.
