The remains of Mr. Richard Adeniyi, a member of Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria (MARAN), will be laid to rest in his country home, Ondo, Ondo State, on Saturday June 8, 2024. <\/p>\n
Mr. Richard Adeniyi, a seasoned journalist, died at the age of 86 years in April 2024. <\/p>\n
While alive, he worked with many newspapers including Daily Times. He was a member of Nigeria Union of Journalists and actively participated in the Lagos State Council. <\/p>\n
As an active member of the Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria (MARAN), he contributed significantly to the development of the nation’s seaports through reporting.<\/p>\n
