FCT Customs Command Hosts Workshop to Deepen Officers’ Mastery of One-Stop Shop System

The Nigeria Customs Service, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Area Command, convened a one-day workshop aimed at enhancing officers’ proficiency in the One-Stop Shop (OSS) operational framework.

Held on November 18, 2025, at the Command headquarters, the workshop brought together personnel from various units to strengthen their understanding of the integrated service model. The OSS system is designed to streamline Customs procedures, reduce processing time, and boost overall service delivery.

In her keynote address, Comptroller Victoria C. Aliboh, Customs Area Controller for the FCT Command, underscored the OSS initiative as a cornerstone of operational efficiency and transparency. She highlighted the Service’s unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, capacity development, and the modernization of Customs operations in alignment with international best practices.

The workshop reflects the Command’s proactive approach to equipping its workforce with the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver faster, more accountable, and citizen-focused services.
