The appointment of Dr. Charles Okaga, General Manager, Operations, Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) as the Technical Adviser to the Marine and Blue Economy Minister Adegboyega Oyetola has been lauded by the Association of West African Exporters and Maritime Professionals (AWAEMaP).
