The founder of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam, has called on Nigerians to rally round President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at this trying period in order for Nigeria to overcome this avoidable travail.

Aniebonam described a great leader as he or she who can take a wrong decision in a matter of urgent importance than taking none.
According to the NNPP founder, hard decisions are being taken in Nigeria for the good of the greater numbers at the moment.
He saluted the courage of Mr President under this circumstances.

“We can not succeed in our quest for a Nigeria of our hope under coatic situation and disobedience to rule of law.

“What Mr President must do at the moment is to ensure that the information machinery of the government is deployed to ensure adequate communication to Nigerians detailing the programme of action of the government to overcome the present economic situation of the country.

“To achieve this objective the government must be transparent, sincere and purposeful. The government must be clear and predictable as to the state of the nation , where we are , what he is doing and the projection of results and hope of the future. Corruption must be tackled roundly and purposefully and bringing culprits to justice no matter who is involved,” the NNPP founder advised.

He maintained that the “mantra for a new NIGERIA of our hope is achievable” and warned that this is not the time for blame game.

“Nigerians want a new order of purposeful leadership based on rule of law, equity, justice to all and even for the dead. A constitutional driven Nigeria is the way going forward,” Aniebonam admonished.

While he prayed for everyone in Nigeria, he hoped for Nigeria of the people’s dreams.
The NNPP founder wished Mr President the best of luck and God’s guidance, and protection. He was optimistic that Nigeria would be great once again.
