The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has officially launched its 2025 Customer Service Week, embracing the global theme “Mission: Possible.” This annual observance underscores the Agency’s enduring commitment to turning customer challenges into opportunities and delivering outstanding service across Nigeria’s maritime sector.
Dr. Dayo Mobereola, Director General and CEO of NIMASA, emphasized that service excellence is central to the Agency’s mission. He noted that true transformation begins within the organization and must extend outward to stakeholders.
“Providing service is paramount, both internally and externally. We must remain prepared, committed, and available to solve problems together as a team. Excellence in service delivery defines who we are and what we represent,” said Dr. Mobereola.
He also highlighted the importance of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement as key drivers of institutional growth and public trust.
