Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Wike, on his conferment of a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Honoris Causa by the University of Port Harcourt.

He highlighted Wike’s legacy of service, describing him as a proud alumnus whose efforts have advanced the cause of education.
