Achieving Economic Growth : NDIC Holds Workshop on Economic Stability

As part of the efforts to educate members of the public about the activities of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, NDIC, the management of the corporation recently organised a stakeholders Workshop for members of the House Committee on Insurance and Actuarial Matters and other operators on the nation’s financial sector.

The event, held in Lagos with a theme “Navigating Financial Disruptions: Strengthening the NDIC’s Mandate for Economic Stability was aimed at addressing the challenges and opportunities within the financial sector.

The workshop brought together key stakeholders from various sectors, including finance, policy, and regulatory bodies, to discuss the evolving landscape of financial disruptions and the NDIC’s role in ensuring economic stability.

Participants engaged in insightful discussions on strategies to enhance the Corporation’s mandate, ensuring the protection of depositors and the overall integrity of the financial system.
