Nigeria Loses Akeredolu, Na’Abba Wednesday As Aiyedatiwa Becomes Ondo Governor

Nigeria lost two eminent personalities in the early hours of Wednesday to the cold hand of death.
The Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu and the former Speaker, Federal House of Representatives, Alhaji Ghali Na’Abba died on Wednesday morning.
The death of Akeredolu made the position of the Governor of Ondo State vacant.
Meanwhile, the acting governor of the state, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has been sworn in as the substantive governor of the state.
Aiyedatiwa’s swearing-in was conducted by the chief judge of State following the demise of Akeredolu.
