Members of the Murtala Muhammed Airport chapter of Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) have promised 100 percent votes for the current National Financial Secretary of the association who is vying for the position of National Treasurer.
Speakers took their turn to speak glowingly of the impeccable character of Amazon Hajia Bola Idayat Muse who was described as a trusted, transparent and courageous woman that could be trusted with their purse.
In his speech, Chairman of ANLCA MMA chapter, Prince Adewusi Adejare Bamgbala officially informed Hajia Muse that she would get the votes of the chapter members 100 percent.
He appealed to his members to campaign and give their total support and votes to the great woman of substance.
Hajia Muse’s manifestos include:
1. Restoration of respect to ANLCA which will make the association consulted whenever policies are being made.
2. Accountability: She will be accountable to all as the purser of the association.
3. Internationalization of ANLCA members. She promised to use her connections locally and internationally to connect ANLCA members to foreign freight forwarding educational centres for them to acquire more knowledge and skills in clearing business.
4. Women inclusiveness. To increase the number of women involved in Customs clearing trade through the introduction of young, beautiful and brilliant young ladies.
She also promised to work assiduously for women to take the front seat in the Nigerian maritime and shipping industry. Details later.
