Sources in the Presidency has debunked the rumour that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has suspended the Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL), Mr Mele Kyari, from office.
A source in the Presidency stated that there was nothing like that and that it was the handiwork of mischief makers.
It has been in the news since Saturday that sequel to the ongoing investigation of his office and the planned reforms in the financial sector of the economy and missing crude oil funds, the NNPCL MD has been suspended.
This has been found to be untrue and Nigerians are advised to disregard the fake news.
