There is going to be restriction of movement across the country for three days as the National Housing and Population Census kicks off next week.
Chairman, National Population Commission, Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra, disclosed this during a meeting with the Diplomatic Corps in Abuja on Thursday.
The census is expected to begin tentatively on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, and run until Sunday, May 7th, 2023.
The takeoff date is not yet sure as it is subject to confirmation of state governors.
Kwarra stressed that the commission would work with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama to determine the best way for the Diplomatic Corps to participate in the exercise.
